Our Christmas menu is available for Christmas functions from mid-November through to Christmas. This is the menu we provided for Christmas 2011, check back around July 2012 to see the next function menu.

Leek & Potato Soup
Our take on the classic potato & leek soup served with crusty bread
Sweet Chilli Prawn Skewers
On a bed of steaming basmati rice with garden salad
Olive, Rosemary & Sea Salt Bread
Cooked in our wood fired pizza oven with balsamic vinegar and olive oil dipping sauce
Marinated Beef Kebabs
Soy & ginger marinated beef kebabs served with basmati rice

Turkey, Cranberry & Camembert Filo
Turkey with camembert and cranberry in a creamy sauce wrapped in filo pastry, served with salad

250g Prime Tasmanian Beef cooked medium, served with chips & salad and your choice of Mushroom or Green peppercorn sauce
Salt & Pepper Calamari & Prawn Salad
Calamari rings & prawns dusted in sea salt and cracked black pepper, on salad, drizzled with lime chilli aioli
Chicken Breast
Stuffed with roasted carrot, capsicum & Mersey Valley vintage cheese, served on mash with garlic sauce
Vegetable Pie
Chunky seasonal vegetables in an Ashgrove smoked cheddar cheese sauce, topped with sweet potato curls and fried tortilla wedges
